I am excited to announce today that Concept3D has acquired Localist. Our first acquisition marks another milestone in Concept3D’s growth story and is powered by capital provided through a new partnership with Level Equity. Localist is now a Concept3D company and we will be adding the Localist Event platform to our solution portfolio.
The addition of Localist expands our presence in the higher ed space by adding the market-leading campus event platform to our amazing virtual tour and interactive mapping solutions.
Localist and Concept3D have a shared belief that events and in-person connections are key to building community, ultimately making a student experience better the first day they step onto campus. By bringing our solutions together, combining people, community, and location, users can easily connect, driving engagement and fostering togetherness.

Concept3D now provides our customers with the ability to create an elevated, university branded experience for student events, interactive mapping, virtual tours, and more within one, centralized platform. This powerful combination also extends to our other key customer groups including sporting events, convention centers, and destinations. We can’t wait to extend and expand the impact and value we add to our customer base
