Find the right space for your event

Filter for available spaces by date, event size, and space type. Further refine your results with “Allowed Use”, which identifies rooms that allow for specific accommodation like loud noises or food and beverage.

Request your reservation

Fill out a brief questionnaire that includes a description of your event and outlines what is needed to make it a success. If you already have an event published, you can link the room request to the existing event.

Administrators approve events

Administrators have access to a dashboard that shows all incoming requests. Reservations can be reviewed and either approved, denied or put on a waitlist with automated alerts to the requester on current status. The dashboard also features the ability to assign service providers to be notified of their tasks on the day of the event, minimizing confusion.
