API Usage Policy

This policy was last updated on June 29, 2026

This API Usage Policy (“Policy”) governs access to and use of Concept3D APIs and related developer services (“APIs”). By accessing or using a Concept3D API, you agree to comply with this Policy. Concept3D may update this Policy from time to time, and continued use of the APIs constitutes acceptance of any updates.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all Concept3D APIs, integrations, and developer services.

2. Usage Controls

To maintain the security, reliability, and performance of its services, Concept3D may implement API usage controls, including rate limits, quotas, concurrency restrictions, or other technical requirements.

If such controls are established, users must comply with published requirements. Concept3D may modify, add, or remove usage controls at any time.

3. Security and Credentials

Users are responsible for protecting API credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

Users must promptly notify Concept3D of any suspected credential compromise and are responsible for activity conducted using their credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

APIs may be used only in connection with authorized use of Concept3D products and services.

Users may not:

  • Circumvent authentication, access controls, usage controls, or security measures.
  • Access data or functionality beyond authorized permissions.
  • Interfere with the operation, security, reliability, or availability of Concept3D systems.
  • Use the APIs in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, mirror, or extract data in a manner intended to replicate the Service or circumvent usage controls.
  • Engage in denial-of-service activity, excessive automated requests, resource exhaustion, or other abusive traffic patterns.
  • Conduct load, stress, benchmark, or security testing against production systems without prior approval.
  • Resell, redistribute, or use API data to develop or operate a competing product or service.

6. Data Usage

Data obtained through the APIs may be used only in connection with authorized use of Concept3D services and may not be used to create a substitute for those services.

7. Automated Systems and AI Usage

Concept3D permits the use of automated systems, AI tools, machine learning systems, agents, and similar technologies that interact with the APIs, provided such use complies with this Policy.

Without Concept3D approval, users may not:

  • Perform bulk extraction of API data to create independent datasets.
  • Replicate Concept3D data stores through automated querying.

8. API Changes

Concept3D may modify, deprecate, or discontinue API features, functionality, or versions from time to time. Users are responsible for maintaining compatibility with supported API versions.

9. Monitoring

Concept3D may monitor API usage to maintain platform security, reliability, performance, and compliance with this Policy.

10. Enforcement

Where practical, Concept3D will notify customers of API usage that is inconsistent with this Policy and work collaboratively to address the issue.

To protect its systems, services, or customers, Concept3D may implement technical measures including throttling, rate limiting, credential restrictions, or temporary suspension of API access.

Concept3D may take immediate action when reasonably necessary to address security incidents, abuse, unauthorized access, or service disruptions.

11. Attribution

Users must not remove or obscure any required attribution included in API responses.
