Oliver Davis, CEO & Co-Founder

Oliver has seventeen years of management experience in marketing, operations, product management and business development. Since co-founding concept3D in 2006, the company has launched multiple services – including http://www.campusbird.com - while creating the largest custom Google Maps and Google Earth / SketchUp projects to date. Oliver is responsible for vertical branding, technology strategy and client management for key accounts (partial list): DisneyWorld, Disneyland Paris, MIT, Harvard Business School, Haverford College, Heat SF / EA Sports, Google, The National Renewable Energy Lab / NREL and Mortenson Construction.

 

Oliver is a graduate of Skidmore College with a BA in Political Science and a Minor in English Literature and Business.

Zack Mertz, VP of Design and Production

After 5 years with @Last Software as its lead modeler and trainer, Zack joined concept3D as its first employee. In addition to managing the world’s largest and most detailed SketchUp and Google Earth projects to date, Zack built a crowdsourced network of over 500 3D modelers and photographers worldwide. Zack also oversees all major production efforts, including Disney World, Disneyland Paris, Boston University, MIT, NREL, Michael Mortenson Construction and others. Zack also oversees concept3D’s Training Centers and is a Google Geo3D qualified developer.

 

Zack graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Architecture.

Matt Brown, Director of Innovation and Web Development

Matt oversees all web application development and architecture including the design of Campusbird.com and Atlas – a custom, location-based content management system. After leaving Google to join concept3D, Matt’s directed some of the most innovative Google Maps and Google Earth projects including: the Tiger Woods PGA Tour Course View Facebook application, CampusBird, and other notables. Matt receives regular mention in the Google Earth community blogs and is a KML and Google Maps JS qualified developer.

 

Matt graduated from the University of Colorado and holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture.

Mike Chin, Senior Developer

Mike is our Zen master and the lead mobile developer (HTML5, iOS, Android) and backend guru for concept3D. Most notably, Mike was the first developer hired to build Campusbird.com and developed the CampusBird iPhone app. Mike was also instrumental in the development of the Building Component Library for NREL and the Atlas Content Management System.

 

Mike holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and a MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.

Allan Wintersieck, Senior Developer

Allan is concept3D’s resident Drupal master with a rich background in front and back end web development and design. Allan works closely with key clients to develop interactive and data rich websites including the NREL building component library, Campusbird.com and Heat SF / EA Sports. Prior to concept3D, Allan studied Computer Information Services at CSU and worked for the DoD on several web application and development projects.

Mary Margaret Little, Marketing Manager

After 5 years in land planning and related industries, Mary Margaret recently joined concept3D to help with their marketing and sales efforts. Originally from Atlanta, she moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado at Boulder for her International Affairs degree. Her interests in the built-environment grew out of studying and traveling to new cities. She currently combines her planning knowledge with graphic, marketing, and lead generation experience as concept3D's Marketing Manager. 

 

Mary Margaret graduated wtih her master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado at Denver. 

Caitlin Finn, Finance Manager

Caitlin handles all finances for concept3D. Caitlin holds a degree in finance from University of Colorado Boulder and is studying law at the University of Denver. While tough, Caitlin has the biggest heart in the company and volunteers in several organizations for the less fortunate.
